1. Initial Verbal Consultation

We start with an initial consultation that lasts for approximately 2 hours dependant on the size of your home. We will discuss with you how the property can be enhanced for maximum impact. This is useful for people who have the time and confidence to make the changes on their own.

£99 one off fee for properties up to and including 3 bedrooms. Additional bedrooms are £25 each.



2. Full Property Report

Alternatively, we can prepare an in-depth property report detailing what we believe is required. This report makes recommendations that can either be implemented by ourselves (and partner trades professionals if required) or yourselves. This could be anything from a basic de-clutter, re-decoration, through to larger refurbishment projects. A timescale and price is quoted for each room and the exterior of the property, you can then decide whether to do all or some of the project yourself dependant on your budget. Photographs will be taken during the visit for us to refer to when writing the report. These will also be included on the report so that you can relate to the proposed changes.

3. Presenting/Staging Services

Decluttering and Staging are charged at an hourly rate of £30 per hour.
10% discount offered on bookings of 4 hours or more.
